  • By submitting content for publication, you grant us the right to edit, format, distribute, and promote your work, as agreed in writing

 

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments for services are due upfront unless otherwise stated

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific conditions

  • Non-payment may result in service cancellation or withholding of deliverables

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, offensive, or plagiarized content

  • Misrepresent your identity or authorship

  • Attempt to interfere with our website or systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.

 

5. Young Writers & Parental Consent

For clients under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must:

  • Approve participation in any writing or publishing program

  • Provide contact and payment information

  • Accept these Terms on the child’s behalf

6. Limitation of Liability

Type & Tell is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our services

  • Loss of data or earnings due to delays, errors, or system failures

  • Third-party platforms or distribution channels

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

7. Changes to Terms
